Owners of animals in violation of pet restrictions or who have not signed a Pet Addendum, paid a $350 nonrefundable pet fee, will be charged a one-time $150 pet violation charge per animal, and may be also be charged an additional $10 per day per animal, from the date the animal was brought into the Dwelling until the date the animal is removed or the date Tenant meets all applicable requirements, including submittal of the Pet Addendum and payment of the pet fee..Restricted breeds: Pitt Bulls, Rottweilers, Presa Carnario, German Sheperd, Huskies, Malamutes, Doberman, Chow Chow, St. Bernards, Great Danes, Akitas, Staffordshire Terrier, American Bull Dog, Karelian Bear Dog, Wolf, Dogo Argentino, Alaskan Malamute or any hybrid of mixed breed of the aforementioned breeds.
